Starting from traditional Chinese recipes, Itaci has created a wide range of Chinese food entirely processed, manufactured and packaged in Italy.
Inspired by the original Chinese recipes, thanks to the collaboration with some Italian chefs, Itaci has developed a wide range of Chinese food with taste and flavours adapted to the European consumers.

Itaci srl previously know as Wei Mei Food srl, has developed a wide range of Chinese food as gyoza dumpling , spring rolls and Asian steamed buns each of them is available in many flavours and different sizes.
All our products are prepared sourcing only the best ingredients, the majority of them coming from local Italian suppliers
Today the company occupies a manufacturing plant of over 4000 square meters equipped with modern facilities, suitable to process, manufacture and store frozen food.
Production has been highly automated, however it is still preserving care and handmade quality of a modern gastronomy, combined with strict quality controls.
